We have an exciting opportunity to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated, and forward-thinking  newly qualified or experienced GP to join our team. 

 

We are based over 4 sites with a patient list size of almost 34,000 and rated “Outstanding” by CQC.

 

We believe in innovation and are always striving to find more efficient ways of working and improve patient care whilst achieving a GOOD WORK/HOMELIFE BALANCE.  We have embraced all of the changes imposed upon us as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic – telephone consultations, online triage and video consultations are a part of our daily life! 

 

As a training practice we have lots of experience mentoring and supporting newly qualified GP’s and would be happy to support Fellowship programmes. You will have the opportunity to progress your career, with development of special interests encouraged and progression to partnership available.

• 15 Minute appointments (14 am and 14 pm)

• 4 to 8 clinical sessions

• 1 additional paid CPD session per week (pro-rata)

• Sessional rate £10,845 (full time equivalent is 8 clinical sessions and 1 CPD session £97,610 )

• No Form Filling (eg Private Work/Insurance Forms etc unless desired and then reimbursed)

• 6 weeks’ annual leave and 1 week’s study leave

• Indemnity fully paid

• SystmOne GP Practice - Small extended hours commitment – two Saturdays per year (compensated by TOIL) and one late night surgery per month

We have a multidisciplinary team made up of: 

• 10 GP Partners and 8 Salaried GP’s 

• Practice Paramedics undertaking home visits 

• Nurse Practitioners assisting with acute patient care 

• Clinical Pharmacists managing medication related queries 

• First Contact Physiotherapists assisting with MSK problems 

• Social Prescribers and Care Coordinators

• Experienced Management Team (including HR, Practice, Business, Estates, Nursing and PCN)

• Dedicated Administrative Team with each GP having their own dedicated sectaries

• Fantastic scanning and summarising team undertaking Read Coding
