Saturday 10th September, is World Suicide Prevention Day, where people come together to raise awareness and promote the message "IT'S OK, TO NOT BE OK".

Between 6,000 and 7,000 people die by suicide each year in the UK.

(National Suicide Prevention Alliance)

By removing the stigma that surrounds suicide, we can make it an everyday conversation.

Together we can make it easier for everyone to talk about how they’re feeling.

Openly.

Without judgement.

Without shame.

So that no one has to struggle on their own.

Whatever you're going through, you can call The Samaritans any time, from any phone for FREE on 116 123 or the Crisis Line on 0808 196 3779
