New Service: Automated Phone Booking

We're very excited to announce that we've launched an automatic telephone booking system.

We know it isn't always easy to get through to us, and we're doing everything we can to increase accessibility for our patients. This new service will allow you to book some of our appointments without needing to speak to anyone.

The first appointment types we have launched are:

• Blood tests (not all sites)

• B12 injections

• Removal of stitches/staples

• Childhood immunisations

• Contraceptive pill checks

• Musculoskeletal

Some patients may also receive a PIN number to enter for other targetted appointment types. We'll be building on this more in the coming weeks - keep an eye out on our social media pages and website for more updates!
