We've disabled NHSApp Messaging and SystmOnline Messaging

We have taken the difficult decision to disable both NHSApp Messaging and SystmOnline Messaging for the forseeable future.

We understand that this will be disappointing for our patients who use this facility, however we have decided that the risk of patients sending in urgent medical requests when we're closed makes it a risk to patient safety, and that disabling it the best course of action to prevent a delay in patients receiving urgent treatment. Please read this page if you are trying to contact us out of hours.

During our surgery hours, you can contact us via our Online Access Tool, which is open for both medical requests and administration queries. You can also call us on 01909 500 233, though be aware our phone lines are very busy and there may be a wait.
