Are you a Practice Nurse wanting to work in an 'Outstanding' CQC rated Practice?

 

Larwood Health Partnership is an innovative GP Practice based over 4 sites in Worksop, Carlton-in-Lindrick and Manton. We strongly believe in developing a team to their full potential to enable us to put patients at the centre of their care.

 

Our practice aims are to focus on Staff Support and Wellbeing, Better Patient Outcomes and Efficient Ways of Working. We have over 33,000 patients and are looking for a practice nurse with excellent communication and clinical skills to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract with a possibility of a permeant contract.

 

You will be required to work a full day Tuesday and Wednesday and Friday pm.

 

The post holder will ideally have experience in a primary care environment to include:

cervical cytology, baby immunisation, travel vaccination, family planning, wound management, and general treatment room duties.

 

Also, desirable would be experience in managing patients with long term conditions and evidence of chronic disease management training (diploma etc). The post holder will provide and maintain a high standard of nursing care for patients and integrate well with team members.
